Men on a Mission
Mission Trip to the Havendale Corps in Kingston, Jamaica

In February of this year Bob Chester was blessed with the opportunity to go and serve the Lord in Kingston Jamaica for 2 weeks. It was Bob's first mission trip and proved to be more than Bob could have ever have imagined. A group of men from the Central Territory had a week to completely refurbish a kitchen in the primary school building that is located on the Corps Compound property. Following the men, a group of young adults directed by Majors Paul and Barb Logan came for an additional week to paint, clean up and sew up the loose ends. Bob was able to stay for both weeks and only under the direction of The Holy Spirit did the job get completed plus a lot of additional work accomplised besides. Go to the 'Photos' link and view many photos Bob took while there.
What an opportunity awaits those who want to follow in the footsteps of Jesus to serve the World. If you have a desire to serve outside the US please contact Bob at: bornagn@hotmail.com

I'm so glad you took a moment to check out this link for the Men's Fellowship of the St. Louis "Gateway Citadel". Now let me take just a moment to tell you a little about who we are and what we do.
We are a group of dedicated Christian men who have hearts of service wherever it may be needed. It may be one of our members who needs help in a jam, something may need fixing at church, or someone we have never met may be led to us in a time of need. A couple of us are retired but most are still of the working community. Our age range is 16 to 65. We meet once a month for a Saturday morning breakfast meeting at a local restaurant in the South County area. If you find a bunch of us together in the evening at a friends home or at an event at our Divisional Camp, you will always find someone with a deck of cards trying to get a "Hearts" game together.
I invite you to check us out. Be our guest at one of our breakfast meetings. If you like to fellowship and enjoy being in a smoke-free, drink-free atmosphere, with a heart of a helping hand, please contact Major Bob Fay at the Corps.
