The objective of the League of Mercy is to provide spiritual and social ministry in the name of Christ. 

Presently, the Gateway Citadel ministry involves the visitaion of the sick and lonely; visiting the aged in nursing homes and their own homes; support of the lonely; visiting those in Community and Veteran's Hospitals.

Ministry opportunities are monthly, seasonally and as the need arise. When permitted, prayer is offered and Scripture read.  Gifts of a useful and/or decorative nature are often provided.

The need is great and can be expanded to include a broader range of ministries with the involvement of volunteers who are willing to be trained and commit the time necessary for this ongoing opportunity.
